Cookery Kitchen

Gastronomy department´s Tuzla Campus facilities include two professional cooking kitchens.

Each practice kitchen is built for 32 students with a setting of standard industrial kitchenware, preparing them to operate in a professional kitchen. All kitchen set-up is designed to cover each students one to one training, supplying a fully equipped cooking station for each. Both cookery kitchens with the capacity of 32 students each, are known to be the biggest training kitchens in Turkey.
