Istanbul Okan University “Professional Chef Vocational Qualification Certificate Program”
is designed for experienced kitchen staff  whom have already been working for a minimum  
of 4 years, having  no valid certification.

Based on 64 hours, this training provides advanced cooking techniques and practices guided by culinary terminologies. Participants have the chance to unit their practical experience with a professional training. 

With the completion of the program, all participants are tested by a theoretical and practical exam. Those who are successful achieve Istanbul Okan University’s Professional Chef Vocational Qualification Certification.

Solutions for Sector Organizations / Companies

This program could be tailor made for sector organizations and companies having the advantage of subject modification according to the most in need.

Organizations could choose, add or remove through all existing subjects, designing a specialized program paralel to internal demand.
This program can also be scheduled as a complete 8 day course.
